After 7 years of insane growth, Discord held their first all-company, off-site to facilitate connection between employees and build excitement around the future of the company. The two-day event in SF hosted 850+ employees who left feeling energized, inspired & connected. IRL created the overall theme and signage for the event as well as copywriting for keynotes and executive remarks.
